Who we are

This website belongs to RP Dalmia Emporio, a bridal and ethnic wear showroom on Delhi Road, Hisar. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means RP Dalmia Emporio.

What information we collect

We do not sell anything online and you do not need an account to use this website. We only receive information you choose to share with us, and some basic technical data that websites collect automatically.

• Information you send us: your name, phone number, the function date or outfit you are interested in, and anything else you write when you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
• The enquiry form on our Visit us page: it does not save anything on this website. When you press the button, it opens WhatsApp with your details filled in, and you choose whether to send the message.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider may record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the website secure and working.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and share pictures, prices or availability.
• To keep a shortlist ready for your showroom visit.
• To contact you about an outfit you asked about.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
